What inspired you to launch your business?

I would have to say that what inspired me the most to launch the business was to have the opportunity to share my love for Yoga. It was important for me to have a space where everyone would feel welcome to learn and practice Yoga.

What is your passion?

My passion is to watch students grow in their practice, not only physically but mentally.  It is an amazing process to watch a student become empowered.

How do you start your day?

The day usually starts by reviewing the class schedule. Looking over class plans, making playlists, tending to emails, promoting classes or teachers, checking in with staff.

Favorite local businesses?

I have so many local businesses that I love. Almost too many to name, but off the cuff, Custom Cup, Graba Java, The Roost, Springfield Pilates, Incredibly Delicious…

What do you deem as success in business?

Business success can be defined by so many things, obviously making enough money to pay bills and staff. Having a staff that is genuine, kind, and talented. Offering the public knowledgeable and quality services. Reaching as many people as possible to introduce them to all the amazing things that yoga has to offer.

What is your number one piece of advice for business owners?

Number one piece of advice for business owners is to ensure that what your business has to offer is something that you can be proud of and stand by in every detail and aspect.
