I heard about Illinois Local on Instagram! Then I met Maddy from Just The Basics Mobile Bar who suggested joining because of all the benefits, and because she really liked Gemma.

I was drawn to joining because I needed business to business communication. I knew collaborating with other local businesses would be good for mine and IL provided me the perfect opportunity to do so.

Since joining IL, I have created relationships on a business and personal level, reached hundreds of new people on social media and created a client base of over 200 businesses and individuals.

My business has benefited exponentially from my IL membership! I went from having two to three events a month, to having 20 to 30 events per month, and needing to hire a new employee. I have found local vendors to purchase different materials from and helped me be more creative & have been able to team up with others in the event industry. I also have access to showcase my work in several different pop-ups, brick, and mortar locations.
